I have never in my life been insulted the way Dr. Ronald Saff treated me this morning. I should have listened to previous patients of his and actually read the Google reviews. I specifically called his office and asked them if he acknowledges and is very familiar with MCAS And they said yes and booked me an appointment. When I called back to double confirm that he is well-versed in this condition they told me ,”Maybe just book a consult instead”, Which should have been my sign to cancel the appointment and go elsewhere. I showed up anyways. I have been struggling with symptoms for over five years and just recently am feeling a sense of direction of which I can go to find a diagnosis with the help of an Allergist. The doctors are good and professional, but the administrative experience has been very frustrating. The front desk staff is unkind, rarely answers phones NEVER answers emails, and never explained that the price of the shots is different from the price of the serum. When I asked about my billing after receiving different charge amounts, I got no response. Billing told me they didn’t know how the serum was charged and said I should ask a nurse. When I did, the nurse asked if I needed a translator, even though I was speaking clearly in English. All of this stress could have been avoided with basic communication and transparency. I’m only continuing here because I already paid and switching providers would mean repeating tests. For your mental health please avoid this place.

Our family has been under the care of Dr. Saff for over 25 years, and we truly can’t imagine entrusting our allergy and asthma needs to anyone else. From life-threatening food allergies to asthma management and seasonal allergy relief, he has guided us through it all with expertise, compassion, and steady reassurance. His depth of knowledge is unmatched, and he always takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Whether we’ve faced urgent situations or just needed help managing ongoing symptoms, he’s been there — attentive, responsive, and always putting our health and safety first. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines medical excellence with such genuine care and continuity. We are beyond grateful for the role he’s played in our family’s well-being across generations.

Very disappointed in Dr. Saff. I came in with a clear reaction to a medication and was referred to him for evaluation. Instead of offering support, he quickly dismissed my symptoms as anxiety and provided no help or guidance. From the start, I felt stereotyped and ignored. It’s deeply troubling how often women’s symptoms are brushed off in healthcare — and this was yet another example. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and to have their concerns taken seriously. If you’re looking for real help, I would not recommend this practice.

I recently saw Dr. Saff for the first time when I took my daughter in for her appointment. This visit was perfect; from the front desk signing in (very kind, professional and organized with the process) to the nurse doing preliminary testing, our time with Dr Saff and during check out. Shahara was the young lady/nurse that got us all prepared to see the doctor and run all of the necessary testing. She was great! She was so personable, funny, efficient, engaging and explained everything very thoroughly. The doctor spent ample amount of time before most of the testing to listen to our concerns and I felt he inquired in detail to get the best understanding of her history, symptoms and or concerns.
