His expertise knowledge and experience are unsurpassed. He is knowledgeable and has practical solutions to every eye issue. He has taken care of my parents' eyes, my eyes for 40 years while growing up, and now my wife's family's eyes. He helped save my mother-in-law who is experiencing issues with glaucoma and referred us to a specialist and got us right in. I cannot give enough respect, I cannot say enough good about this eye doctor.

Ive been wearing glasses since middle school. When I came in he told me my vision was "perfect" other than the fact that I "stare at the sun" He proceeded to complain about Joe Biden throughout the visit. Would not let me answer which lense was better as he flipped through them, he answered for me every time (often incorrectly) I was given a fraud prescription for reading glasses and sunglasses he wanted me to buy at the store. I walked away with a year of poor vision.

I wouldn’t ever go back to Dr. Pugh. Nor would I ever recommend anyone go and especially would never let my kids go see him. I had Lasik surgery nearly 15 years ago and have not had an eye doctor since. I am nearly 50 years old and my vision is starting to decline. I should have looked much closer at the Google reviews. This was the worst experience at any medical office of any kind I have ever experienced. As soon as I came in to the patient room waiting to see the doctor, that’s when the horrible experience began. The assistant was very nice and very pleasant. But within 30 seconds Dr. Pugh walked in. This is where it turned into almost a horror movie. I've been seeing Dr. Pugh most of my life. My most recent visit, was horrible. I would put zero stars if possible. Dr. Pugh would not bill my insurance and I ended up paying out of pocket for my visit. They are horrible at communication as I have been trying to get my records sent to me. I'm never coming back and going to another provider.
