Ronald L. Buckman, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Buckman's for many years so I decided to make an appointment with him. He seems knowledgeable but he was emotionless. He is not approachable in my opinion. I think he joked around once but he is so dry that it was hard to tell if he was kidding or not. He sternly told my 3 year old not to touch something and my kid got scared and hid behind me. While education & training are obvious traits I look for in a doctor, trust & rapport are just as important.

I payed 400$ in cash for a visit a few years ago before I had good insurance. A year later I was billed the same amount and told I never paid. Shame on me for not keeping a receipt for a year. I paid and was upset. Later talking to a neighbor, he also paid a strange bill from Buckman’s office a year after a visit. I left a review then and recently noticed it was removed, so I am writing it again. Stealing 400$ from me when I could I’ll afford it still doesn’t sit well with me. I have great insurance now but will not be going back to Buckman.

Dr Buckman has provided 3 generations of our family with exceptional, compassionate care for over 30 years. The nurses and staff are professional and caring. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr.Buckman for over 30 yrs. And he was my children pediatrician and still their Dr. . When my children were infants and sick. He would call me after hours to check on us. And his staff is awesome !

I have had Dr Buckman as my primary for 25+ years. He is very knowledgeable and puts your needs first and foremost.
