Dr gonzalez is an excellent dr but his staff needs training, I have authorizations covered thru December of this year but they don't call to get authorizations. Instead they charge the patient 500 dollars. This made me very upset. The first time, we resolved it by me calling my insurance when they had it, the second time, same thing. It makes me so upset. I don't want to go because of they're laziness. I'm sorry cause I liked him a lot. But I cannot do the stress the office gave me
