Thank you Dr. Snyder! We had a wonderful visit yesterday for my daughter (baby 1.5yrs) with a broken arm. I called and they took her immediately, the same day. It was an easy process for new patient paperwork - all electronically beforehand. Dr. Snyder was kind and took his time to answer any questions we had. He helped bring laughter to the stressful moment for us worried parents. Very appreciative of our visit and care from Dr. Snyder. We would return if needed in the future. My only heads-up: Google Maps messed up and took us to the southbound side of rt. 208. Be careful with Google Maps; the building is located on the northbound side of the highway.

Went for our yearly checkup due to congenital hip dysplasia. I was pleased with the doctor; he made my child feel easy, and the checkup went with zero tears. Everything related to our condition was explained fully, and I feel that our checkup was very comprehensive.

Dr. Synder treated my younger son when he broke his wrist on a Thursday in Oct. 2021. At that time, I couldn't find any doctor to give him a cast on a Friday, I called at least 10 different offices and spent about 2-3 hours. Summit Health was the only office picked up the phone and scheduled Dr. Synder to see my son. Dr. Synder did a great job, I could tell he is very experienced and really good at what he is doing. A few weeks ago my older son broke his elbow on a Friday. I took him to urgent care and the doctor said he need surgery because of the joint misplacement. I waited a weekend just so that I could take him to see Dr. Synder because I trust him so much. I was hoping Dr. Synder could put on a cast and to avoid surgery. When Dr. Synder saw the x-ray, he seemed mad at me. He said the

If I could give this office Staff a ZERO, I would. I have been taking my son to Dr. Snyder for 14yrs. The receptionist is beyond rude, and the lies are unbelievable. Refused to give me my Son's records, never entered the insurance and then said it was my fault. I will NEVER return. I wonder if Dr.Snyder knows just how many Patients have had issues and won't be returning.

This doctors office deserves a zero rating. They are truly unprofessional and disrespectful. They expect you to know 24 hours before you’re appointment whether your child will be coming down with the flu. They will charge you a no show fee for missing you’re appointment inspite of you’re child being at a doctors office with high fever and testing positive for flu. I guess they don’t care if the flu gets spread around other patients in their office but they still expect you to show up. Even more agonizing is the fact that they argue for not calling them exactly at the time that they want you to call them. Again it doesn’t matter if you are in another doctors office with your sick child. I have been to several different specialists with my 2 children and I have never come across such unprofe
