Dr. Yancey truly takes time with his patients, listens, and provides excellent care. His staff is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in.

I was a patient there for five years. My husband was also a patient there. The last appt I had they wanted me to pay $90.00 up front. I have the same ins I have had for the last several years and they said that they are not in network now because they failed to do the paperwork needed. They said they would refund me after they completed process of in network. Not my problem they didn’t do their job.

Was turned away due to only being a legal guardian to my step-children. Told I needed to have documents signed and only had 15 minutes to have them turned in or wouldn’t be allowed to see doctor. Never have I been treated this way by any type of medical office before and discriminated against. I would never recommend this place based on moral values alone.

I had double vision. I went see Dr. Doo Kang. , Vidalia eye Care. Prior to that Dr.Edward had prisim on my left eyesight to prevent double vision. The new prescription had no prism. so when I got glasses it was worse. I went back to see Dr Kang. He told me; he cannot do any thing. I went to see Dr. Yancey and explained the problem. He put Prism back and told not to drive till I gets new glasses. When I got new glasses he took me out to check for double vision. We drove near by. I had double vision. Came back, performed further tests, changed prescription. After few days went back to see him. Got new prescription. We drove again to check for double vision. I had no double vision. I can drive. Doctors don't have time to spend but he did and fix the problem.

Called them today to see about getting a cheap pair of glasses to get me by until my insurance from my new employer kicked in they told me that they could not help me until I came in for another exam . So now I have to use readers from Walmart until my insurance kicks in but you can bet I won't be going back to Yancey for anything .
