This physician’s office came highly recommended to me. However, I had scheduled my appointment back in February and was only put on the schedule for July. Leading up to my appointment for two weeks on a daily basis, I would get a phone call stating that my referral is not in the system yet and I had let them know that my primary care doctor said that they would put it in the day before my visit (which they did) . I get a call the day of my visit stating that they see that I do not have a credit card on file and the only way that the doctor will see me as if I provide my credit card information to them. Due to a change in the doctor’s schedule, we received a tactful call in advance, and our appointments were efficiently rescheduled to an even earlier date — something we immensely appreciated. I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Roman's dermatology office. Dr. Roman is a highly professional and caring doctor who truly listens to his patients. Dr. Bronfenbrener is a very warm, caring doctor. I went to him for my thinning hair. I am a woman in my late 50's and was embarrassed by how thin by hair was getting the last few years. I went to another dermatologist who spent about 2 minutes with me and put me on medication. It wasn't working and I read that Dr. Bronfenbrener helped a lot of women with thinning hair. I went to see him and he took a lot of time looking at my scalp and talking with me. He took me off the medication the other doctor prescribed and put me on Rogaine. It has been three months and my hair is no longer falling out like crazy. I saw him again and he said I should see some growth in another three months & scheduled a follow up.
