I have been a patient for many years. Dr Menon has. Always been right on in diagnosis, meds and referrals- she has never let me down. Her office staff medical and administrative are very competent and friendly. I had a surgeon tell me that she is one of the few really great primary doctors in the area.

Excellent, quality care. I’ve been seeing Dr. Menon for years and am very happy I decided to stay with her when she went concierge. She doesn’t just deal with the issue at hand but Is concerned about my overall health.

I've been seeing Dr. Menon for many years for a reason: she is smart, responsive, and kind. Now as a concierge practice, she and her staff are extremely quick to answer questions and to get me in to see her promptly.

Doctor do very good diagnosis and treat according. Also gives proper advice, treatment and recommendations and referral. Staff are very friendly and supportive and very responsive.

The main reason I was seeing Dr. Menon was for convenience as her office was so close to my home. However, my husband has been asking me to switch practitioners for years. The office staff is completely incompetent and billing have made frequent errors. It’s difficult to get appointments and when you do get one it is very brief and it’s not effective. Dr. Menon has made errors interpreting blood test results that have been found by other practitioners. Furthermore, she did not give me the appropriate medical advice after sustaining a concussion. While I hope that these circumstances will be fixed in a concierge practice, I would not recommend shelling out money.
