Had a great experience at my last dental visit! My new dental hygienist, McKenna, was awesome and you could tell she truly loves what she does. Her positive energy made the whole appointment easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this office!

I was checked in immediately and had less than a two minute wait before I was called in by Kenna, who was my hygienist. She is one of the most positive and upbeat people who you could ever have in that role. She had a high level of energy and was very fast at everything she did, and very complementary, when appropriate. Once Kenna was complete with her work, she quickly found Dr. Nagey, who came In and inspected everything. She was also very positive in her discussion, and spoke of current dental trends. Overall, great experience!

I have gone to Roger's Family Dentistry for decades and Dr. Naggy has always been great, but their availability and scheduling issues with cleanings have really taken a nose dive over the past several years. Even when you schedule your next cleaning at the time you are there for your current one, they can't get you in for 8 months or more. My employer and I pay for insurance that allows for 2 cleanings a year and it should not be difficult to staff appropriately to allow this for the patients you have on the books. If it is, then you have taken on too many. Also, there have been a few times, including just now, where I have had a cleaning appointment scheduled 8 months ahead of time, confirmed it when asked and everything, then they decide a couple days before that it has to be resched

1 Star – Get EVERYTHING in Writing BEFORE and AFTER your appointment. I went to Rogers Family Dentistry for what was advertised as a free implant evaluation and estimate. Dr. Rogers prescribed amoxicillin for an infection, told me that if it didn’t clear he would prescribe cephalexin, and quoted $2,500 for implant removal. He specifically instructed me to call back if the infection remained. When I did exactly that, I was told they “can’t keep prescribing medication without surgery scheduled” and asked if I could pay the $2,500 to get on the books. I did not decline surgery—I simply hadn’t been able to save $2,500 in the seven days since my appointment. This was the opposite of what I was told during the consultation. I have gone to this practice for close to 35 years and I've always been happy with my results. Today, Amber was my hygienist. She was friendly, efficient and gentle. Perfect!
