Dr. Menard is The Top Doctor of Pulmonology at Roger Williams Hospital. To say the least He is the most dedicated, and knowledgeable doctor of his time. I've had the privilege of watching him take care of my Mother (prior to her death), with the most compassionate, and vital care for my Mothers Recovery. She was a hard patient too. He went above and beyond to save her life. Not many years later, I made him my pulmonogist. I have never been happier. God bless Dr. Menard and all of his patients.
