Roger Mills Memorial Hospital

Came in for an x-ray of my hand, immediately got in and all of the staff were super friendly. Dr. Graham came in seconds after my x-ray was taken to let me know of my fracture. If I need to go to the hospital for anything I will definitely be back to this one. Elk city seems to hire anyone, but this one, seems to hire the best experienced. 10/10 experience, thank y’all for your help!

1st visit to Roger Mills Memorial Hospital & I will never go anywhere else in southwestern Oklahoma. I had horrible experiences in Elk City. Misdiagnosed & put on a medi-flight. I'll never go to any other ER again. I was treated with respect & dignity by the entire staff. They listened to me & explained things thoroughly. I've been physically challenged 19 yrs with Brown Séquard, a rare spinal cord injury. I know my body very well. It was such a wonderful experience not being treated like I was mentally incompetent! I highly recommend this ER!

This hospital and staff were amazing. I was on a road trip from New Mexico to Michigan yesterday with my 1yo son. He started to not sound good. I stopped at a hospital in Shamrock and they sent me to the next door clinic. The Dr there said nothing was wrong and it was just normal reactions to his vaccines he received earlier in the day. His wheezing got worse when we left so I decided to stop at a hotel in Sayre and found Roger Mills hospital. The nurses immediately started an albuterol treatment with the nebulizer. After, the Dr on call confirmed he had an ear infection and upper respiratory infection. They gave us medications for the road back home and a prescription for a nebulizer. For a first time worrisome mom, this staff saved my life and I can not thank them enough.

I took my mom to Roger Mills Memorial hospital on September 21st with symptoms of a heart attack. Everything was great up until the nurse tried to start an IV. My mom was in pain asking the lady to please take the needle out. When she finally did remove it blood went all under my mom's skin then bulged out like a hematoma. The nurse put a thin piece of tape on it then walked away. When my mom brought it to her attention that it was continuing to swell the nurse rolled her eyes and said well you removed the tape. That litte piece of tape was not doing anything, the blood just kept pooling under her skin. The same nurse then left without another word and did not return for 45 minutes. I had to go find someone to let them know it was getting worse. I finally found a lady who literally threw h
