Roger Main Building, St. Vincent's Southside

I want to bring to your attention a concerning incident that happened today during my wife's pregnancy appointment at the Roger Main Building in Jacksonville, FL. She unfortunately vomited on the floor. To our surprise, a staff worker asked her to clean her own vomit up, instead of arranging for a custodian to clean it up. This is a very concerning incident, as it raises questions about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the building. I believe that a custodian would have the correct body fluid cleaning supplies to clean up the vomit and would have been better equipped to handle the situation. It is alarming that my wife was asked to clean up her own vomit. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

terrible attitude towards people! especially for pregnant women! If you received residency in the USA and came here while pregnant, then know that this hospital will never help you. Even with insurance and all the documents, they delayed the registration for a whole month. in the end they didn’t sign up, they directly said that we won’t take you, your sentence is too long and this is a big risk for them - which means unprofessionalism. disgusting attitude! if they had initially made it known that they did not want to take me at 27 weeks, I would have looked for other doctors, but now I am already at 31 weeks and I need to look for a hospital again to give birth. I don't recommend going there.

Going through something as scary as I am, alone with major anxiety is hard but Dr Demetrious allowed me to be seen FORTY FIVE minutes late! I respect the time of physicians and felt horrible but I think his seasoned surgical assistant, who btw knows as much as any obgyn, could tell what was happening and asked him to still see me and im grateful because I'm really sick alot and I'm so scared so trusting the only option I have to live, and be a active single parent is so crucial and I do so far. He has ordered and done more in a month the old obgyn at this same location, failed to catch four years ago. This office also caught a neurological issue on my pituitary and I feel grateful and confident this team will help save me and the quality of my kids lives✝️

I have been trying to set up an appointment for over a month. I called and called to make an appointment. I waited for over 30 minutes before I gave up. Don't go to this place. Lazy employees that don't bother to answer the phone.
