I've been a patient here for over 10 years. Patience is a two way street. They have a difficult job dealing with insurance and patients in moderate to severe pain. I believe they work hard in every way they can to professionally run a pain management clinic. I could not imagine a better choice for a pain management clinic. I've referred dozens of people over the years to the clinic. I suggest being patient and provide them what they need, and you can be assured you will get the help you need.

I have been a patient for 5+ years. They have tried many procedures to help with my Sciatic nerve pain. I am in constant pain and have been for 20 years, before that I had a wonderful career. They have been nothing but helpful, all have been generous with their time and helping me with my pain medications. Never have I been treated like I was a junkie as other posts have mentioned.

Had an epidural injection here for back pain. It didn’t help at all. There was never a follow up, or suggestions for physical therapy. It was “Stop and Shop” for pain. My past injections from other doctors helped tremendously. When I went to another doctor, I called this clinic and they had lost my MRI film! I would NOT recommend this clinic. When you have back pain, don’t go to a clinic with a neon sign offering pain management, go to a sports medicine doctor who will work with you to figure out not only the correct injection site, but also follow up physical therapy. After seeing dr. Stephens , with no positive improvement, I saw another doctor in 2012 and, after facet injections and PT, have been doing really well for the last 7 years!

Worst patient care ever by those who aren't doctors. One ignorant asst. by the name of Kelly treats patients as junkies, when I didn't mean to permanently hurt myself. Other patients have said similar comments about this person but this business refuses to fix problem by replacing with someone who actually cares for their patients. I am stuck with this agency due to the only offer I.T. pain pump.

I've been a patient here for years. I've seen the PAs come and go and now Dr. Kim and Dr. Leano are in charge of patient care. They absolutely do their best for each pt. in moderate to severe pain. Chronic Pain is a difficult thing to treat especially in this day and age. Team work is what it takes and all the staff work together to help you. You have to be willing to help yourself too!!
