Dr Roeder and her staff are always amazing! My pets have been going here for about 20 years or more. We are always greeted with kindness and always leave with the comfort of knowing our pets are under the best care. The prices are fair and the services are fantastic!! Thank you for all you do for our furry friends!

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Dr. Roeder took my dog in for an emergency surgery at the last minute when no other vet around could help us. I can’t thank her enough for saving our dog, Shrimpy. She is truly not only an incredible veterinarian, but an angel to animals. She deserves nothing but the very best review. ** To add: The staff deserve endless praise. You can truly feel how deeply everyone there cares and how far they are willing to go for each and every pet. In one of the most emotional moments for us, their kindness, compassion, and gentle demeanor gave us strength and comfort when we needed it most. They reassured us that we were not alone and that we were absolutely in the right place.

Roeder's Ark veterinary Hospital is truly a magical place. The Veterinarian Here TRULY CARES VERY DEEPLY about everyones babies and is absolutely outstanding at her Job. Everything about this place is wonderful. They got our fur babies in to get fixed very, very quickly, very cost effectively and did such amazing work. Our fur babies were up and walking around in 2 to 3 days. There's definitely something very magical about this place. It's another Diamond in our community that we are very lucky to have.

I had a very upsetting experience with the receptionist during a medical emergency involving my pet. While I was scared and trying to get updates and results, she was dismissive, lacked compassion, and repeatedly made me feel as though my concerns were not valid. Also while bringing my pet in she loudly gasped due to my pets symptoms making the experience extremely worse for me. Instead of offering reassurance or clear communication, her responses only increased my fear and distress. At one point, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff and was told that I was taking time away from pets experiencing “actual” emergencies. As a pet owner in an emergency situation, this was incredibly hurtful and inappropriate. I was simply advocating for my own pet during a frightening
