Excellent massage! Casandra worked through my very tight upper back and neck, and I was able to sleep with no neck pain for the first time in weeks! Definitely recommend and look forward to going back.
Cassie is AMAZING. I have been having issues with carpal tunnel symptoms and tension headaches, both a result of super tight upper back and neck muscles. Regular massage has made a huge difference, especially when I can fit in a visit to the chiropractor soon after. Cassie is great for intuitively recognizing how much conversation you are or aren't interested in, she makes you feel very comfortable. She always asks if there is a specific area that needs attention, and then follows through. Her membership program is an incredible value. I highly recommend Rodeo Relief Therapies!
Cassie always does a great job with my deep tissue massage. My back, shoulders, and neck are constantly a mess due to the amount of time I spend at a desk and my poor posture. I get so many knots and have so much muscle tension, it typically results in headaches. She has incredible pressure and really focuses on trouble areas. Would highly recommend!
