First of all, why is the Google business phone number for a call center and not the main office? I called the number on the Google address to tell them I was running a few minutes late for my 5:30 appointment and they said sure no worries we’ll see you soon. I walk in with my family and the 4 ladies at the front desk gave us the nastiest look, and they maintained that look the whole time when I made it a point to stop short of the desk and ask if this is Rodeo Dentistry since I wasn’t sure why they were giving such nasty looks as soon as we walked in. They reply yes and continue the confused nasty stare as we talked to one of them. Hypothetically even if I walked in past closing time or as a potential new customer walking in to inquire, is that how you greet your clients? We felt disgusted

I truly don’t understand how there are so many good reviews. I’ve been coming here with my children for a year and a half and in this time they have booked me or my child for surgeries we didn’t need. They told me I needed a root canal and when I went in for surgery it was a different dentist and he looked at my X-rays and was like you definitely don’t need a root canal… as I was in the chair to get it done luckily they didn’t do anything yet. Now they said my daughter has decay in between her teeth and needed caps on. I trusted my gut and got a second opinion and they said she didn’t need them, she did have beginning stages of decay but that she wanted us to increase flossing and brushing her teeth after every meal, we retook X-rays and they haven’t grown and basically confirmed what I a

I liked the dentist but have now showed up for two different appointments where I was supposed to have a deep cleaning done but I did not have any work done. First time no one called to let me know the work had not yet been approved by insurance. Second time I waited for 30 minutes in the chair before I saw the dentist because he was in a meeting apparently and then didn’t have enough time for the procedure because I had to get my kid from school. Even though I was told beforehand the appointment would only take 45 minutes. They don’t seem to appreciate my time so I’m going to go elsewhere.

Rodeo Dental is definitely the place to come for the best smile in town. My son loves them here. He's a rather shy kiddo and he is always outgoing here. They have a few arcade games and a small movie theater for the whole family. Very family friendly. They don't care tour age! You will be seen!! Love you guys! Front desk girls are so friendly! Thanks guys every time we come we leave with a smile!

I usually don’t write reviews but felt I needed for this dental practice. I have probably one of the most severe cases of dental anxiety. Upfront they ask on the phone and in the paperwork about anxiety. Raejean said was my assistant and was so sweet and gentle. Beautiful girl in the right field . I believe I saw Dr.Fu and within 5 minutes and anxiety went away. First thing was making sure I felt comfortable during my exam and comfortable enough to come back and continue the rest of my dental work needed. He explained everything throughly and made sure I had no more questions. I didn’t break out in hives and never felt judged by anyone.
