Roclene Manor

This place needs to be evaluated by the state! There are no healthcare workers, or any staff present. There are residents here that are not cared for at all. Residents here survive on a "everyman for themselves" mentality. Some of the residents are not even mentally capable to help them selves need to be placed somewhere else with better care. There's no staff that can help answer questions. Whenever there is an issue and you need a higher authority, they conveniently say that person is on vacation and wont be back for 4 weeks and they are the only one that can help. Next step. contact the state.

Today I was approached by one of the residents while I was getting into my car down the street at the laundromat. He banged on my window and demanded that I buy him and sandwich!!!! He was beyond filthy and i could smell him even though my door was closed and the window was up!!!!!! Nobody's going to do anything about them until someone gets hurt from one of them. For him to be demanding food from strangers even though he's fed 3 meals a day just shows that they have never had consequences for their actions. I pray that someone steps in fast.

This place is not a safe place. They do not make or change the sheets on beds, there is not toilet paper, the toilet seat is broken. There is no doctors available, no activities, rooms are shared with 3 or more people and not enough space to store personal things. People are fighting with each other and stealing thing from other people. Staff doesn't do anything to defuse the problems. Staff said it isn't there problem... There is no smoke alarms or fire extinguishers. I would not recommend this place and it should be commended and closed.
