I just wanted to say how amazing the girls at the front desk, the staff, and Dr. Khan were. This was my first time coming here and everyone was genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. I originally went to the East Setauket animal hospital for my cat’s extractions but wanted a second opinion, so I tried this place since it’s close to my house and I’m honestly so glad I did. Dr. Khan really goes above and beyond for your pet. I actually felt comfortable leaving my cat with her. Before the surgery she took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. After the procedure they went over how recovery would go, gave me the cutest bag with my cat’s name on it, and called the next day to check on him. That alone showed me how much they genuinely care. We’d like to thank Dr. Kahn for her compassion and care during one of the hardest moments of our lives. She helped guide us through an incredibly difficult decision with kindness, patience, and clarity, and never made us feel rushed or alone. When it was time, Cookie was placed in a blanket on our laps and Dr. Kahn got down on her knees to administer the euthanasia, allowing us to hold and comfort her in her final moments. We are thankful for the care the entire team gave Cookie for the almost 15 years of her life.

Incredibly compassionate and professional staff. Dr. Caputo, and all those who helped treat and care for my Sweetie, went above and beyond. They were thorough, respectful, and profoundly empathetic. We received a beautiful sympathy card from the staff a few days after picking up her ashes. I cannot reccommend their services enough.

I want to share something with everyone who comes here iv been coming here for a very long time over 10 years never had any problems till recently with the money hungry management who really doesn’t care about nothing but money. My dog Harley has had an ear infection for a long time I’ve spent 1000s of dollars here threw out the years and let me say first I’m all about doing what I need to do for my pet but recently the staff is horrible. I was promised medicine for my dog for 3 applications he received 2 which was supposed to be for 58 dollars he never got the last one they said there out of the medicine and charged me 231 dollars and charged me for a visit all was explained at the visit from me but I was still charged 231 dollars not the 58 which was agreed by them for three treatments.

Dr. Olds is wonderful with my super senior cat, Birdie. Everyone at RPAH is welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. I can almost always get an appointment very quickly. I appreciate all of the Doctors, Techs, Assistants, and administrative staff. Rocky Point Animal Hospital is a wonderful local resource providing quality care for both furry patients and their humans. Thank you!
