Thank you to Dr Jimmy Song. He was helpful and kind with mom and me, listening to us go on about all of mom's issues. No one has been able to figure out mom's health problems. Jimmy Song PA was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel like I was in good hands. I am nervous about the procedures I have to have, but he explained everything very well and in a calm and friendly tone which helped me feel more comfortable and understand what to expect. All of the staff was very friendly and the office is clean and comfortable.

Do not put off your colonoscopy any longer. I delayed mine for a couple of years because I was afraid of the discomfort. I almost canceled the day before, too. I am so incredibly glad I didn’t. The staff at this office is amazing — calm, kind, and reassuring from start to finish. We build up these scary stories in our heads, but they made the entire experience feel like no big deal… and truly, it wasn’t. Every single person I encountered was thoughtful and compassionate.
