Excellent first visit to Rockwood Pharmacy for a latte at their Solid Rock Coffee Shop & Cafe. Brandon, their Pharmacist, was quick to greet my friend and me. He personally made both of our drinks. We even lost track of time talking for a couple hours sitting at the coffee bar. He also was helpful with her questions about a vitamin. We will definitely return! I hope to see a patio or casual seating area in the future!
If you want personalized service this is the place for you. Mr Munsey is professional, knowledgeable and will work with you to make your experience great. I needed numerous compounded prescriptions and had just moved to the area and was surprised and grateful to find such a place that meets my needs so close to home.
Everyone at this pharmacy is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They always go out of their way to help and make sure you’re taken care of, never rushing or making you feel like just a number. You can truly tell they care about their customers. I highly recommend this pharmacy for their excellent service and friendly staff.
Will never go anywhere else. Kind people and a nice coffee shop. Will drive the extra 30 minutes
