I had such a wonderful experience at this office. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, calm, and genuinely caring — something that feels rare these days. Tay at the front desk was absolutely incredible. She helped us with the appointment and made us feel immediately comfortable and respected. I later learned she’s also a doula, and it truly shows — her energy, kindness, and attentiveness were outstanding. Dr. Karan Hill was amazing — so kind, patient, and professional. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly. I was in and out smoothly, and my antibiotics were prescribed without any hassle. I had to switch primary care providers recently and I’m so happy to have found Rockwell Health Center. The entire staff from the front to the back are so personable and professional. Dr. Hill is dedicated, so knowledgeable, current and active in her practice. This is an inclusive space for patients of all kinds of backgrounds. Never rushed here and always leave feeling cared for. The space is new and immaculately clean. Tay, Tiffany, Leah, David, Rose, & Dr. Hill (and those I haven’t met yet!) thank you for being a gold standard of what a healthcare center can be. I only wish I found you guys sooner!

The communication was completely unclear. I arrived at 9:50 a.m., expecting my 10:00 a.m. appointment. After completing all the paperwork and waiting for 30 minutes, the receptionist informed us that the doctor had just informed them that she doesn’t see patients under six months old. This crucial information should have been communicated beforehand or even when I arrived, preventing me from wasting time and waiting for nothing. If you have children, you can imagine how frustrating it is to be with a newborn waiting for a doctor’s appointment. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, but I believe the doctor’s poor communication skills contributed to the overall experience.

The staff and Dr Hill are amazing. They make you feel welcomed, cared for and everyone was so attentive and kind. I came for an annual check up for a medical clearance, but I’m coming back for my other medical needs. A big plus for me is that I can access my medical records online/app. Overall above and beyond. My husband is coming in next! Thank you!

I LOVED my experience at Rockwell Health! They listened and related to me in a way that no other doctor has done previously from the moment I walked in to the moment that I left. The staff are great there and the care I received was excellent! I am looking forward to making them my provider for future appointments! :)
