Hi, I want to leave a positive review about this clinic. My son recently had two wisdom teeth extracted here, and it was quick and painless. Dr. Mais Al Dahan performed the procedure very carefully and attentively, and my son felt very comfortable because the staff at this clinic are very considerate of their young patients. Thank you.

I’m really disappointed by my recent experience. I was an Invisalign patient at this office, and up until recently, I had a positive experience. Most of the staff are genuinely kind, professional, and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, my interactions with Dr. Binh Tran were very discouraging. I found him to be argumentative and dismissive during appointments. I did not feel heard, and it seemed like my concerns were quickly labeled as “non-compliance” rather than discussed openly. I have never stopped a treatment without completing it, so that characterization was especially upsetting. I had been a pediatric patient at our last dentist, so it was a no-brainer to bring my kids there. After 12 years, they dropped our insurance, and although we continued paying out of pocket because we liked them so much, it eventually became too expensive. After trying two other dentists who also ended up dropping our insurance, I was hesitant to keep looking because I compare everyone to our first dentist (kind staff that made it easy to schedule 3 kids and would communicate with the ortho side and keep me in the loop, not responsible for notifying both sides.) I cannot say enough good things about Rockville smiles and their staff. Dionne is AMAZING!!!! My 9 year old has always been terrified of the dentist!! He told me today that he really likes her and wants her next to him when he goes back for treatment. So thank you Dionne for making my boys feel so comfortable and safe! We appreciate you!

Very happy with the service and treatment received at Rockville Smiles. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Dr. Arman Afifi completed teeth extractions without any pain or complications, and heir coordinator Natalia is very knowledgeable and very helpful with the whole process.
