Rockville Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) with Dr. Amanda Thompson has been critical to my recovery from a severe concussion. Her professional, warm, and caring manner put me at ease and helped me find a good rhythm of treatments. Dr. Amanda’s chambers provide a flow rate of oxygen of 10 liters per minute, which is higher than provided by another clinic I tried and which maximized my healing while keeping me safe. I recommend Dr. Amanda and her care very highly to anyone who needs to recover from a concussion or TBI.

I’ve been doing sessions at Rockville HBOT, and it’s been super helpful. I first came in to help with some inflammation from an old martial arts injury, but I’ve noticed it’s helped with a lot more than that. I’m also a singer-songwriter and had some vocal fold swelling from over-practicing before heading into the studio to record my first song, and these sessions made a big difference. I felt less inflammation, more energy, and an overall recovery in both my voice and martial arts training. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to speed up healing, get more energy, or just feel better overall.

Great experience. I came in for a Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment and really enjoyed the experience. The office was neat and clean and the treatment itself proved to be beneficial. Dr. Thompson is very nice and professional. She takes good care of the patient and answers your questions thoroughly. I felt safe inside of the machine at all times. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
