Dr Bhatti is great but the front desk staff are dangerously negligent. When my wife called with anaphylaxis (including difficulty breathing), she was told to take one Benadryl and that she could not leave a message for Dr Bhatti. She left a message for the doctor asking for a refill EpiPen after using her last one and got no response.

It is with utter disappointment that I am writing this review. After being a patient of Dr. Bhatti's for over 10 years, today was the most humiliating experience ever. Today, I visited for a follow-up pertaining to an allergic skin reaction that Dr. Bhatti has been treating me for. Upon entering the office, per usual, I was not welcomed or greeted by the administrative personnel. Instantaneously, one of the employees, jumped directly into asking me my name. After signing in, she rudely informed me that I would have to fill out paperwork, so I inquired what is was pertaining to since I did not have any changes to my personal information. What a great experience. It was my first time at an allergist they team there was very knowledgeable, patient, kind. Dr. Bhatti took her time to explain new allergies and asthma symptoms to me, explained steps for treatment.

I personally work in the medical field and I know the usual patient complaints about doctors appointments. So I would say that this is a very reliable review. Things that I look for: 1. Average waiting time 2. Bedside manner 3. Professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness of the staff 4. Actual time spent with the physician (1 on 1) I went to see Dr. Sekhsaria for a full evaluation of my seasonal allergies and my asthma. Let me start off by saying that He has a GREAT bedside manner (seriously, it feels like a casual conversation about your medical history.) some doctors have some rehearsed script, or they seem totally unapproachable (like somehow they are better than you).
