Rocklin Ranch Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care

We recently had to say goodbye to our French bulldog, Leo, on February 27 after a sudden and very fast medical emergency. It was one of the hardest experiences our family has gone through, but Jackie at Rocklin Ranch Vet showed us so much compassion during that difficult time. From the moment we arrived at the ER, Jackie treated both Leo and our family with incredible kindness and care. She was gentle, patient, and truly understanding of how emotional the situation was for us. Even though Leo unfortunately passed away, Jackie went above and beyond to support us afterward. She helped us with all of the paperwork and made the process as smooth as possible during such a painful moment. This was our first time coming to the Rockland ranch veterinary hospital on a Sunday. We had to wait for a while but understand that it was on a Sunday and they were fitting us in between scheduled appointments. I appreciate that the technician doctors and staff all took the time to help our dog feel safe and explained the process to myself and husband so we understood our options. The facility was very clean and well decorated and staff was friendly and upbeat which helps during stressful times when you have to take your dog in to urgent care.

It was such a roller coaster of emotions but this veterinary hospital has such nice and patient amazing employees and they was very open on prices which made me feel calm and comfortable that my best friend of 11 years and 4 months may be in great hands and he was. I got a smile on our way from checking out of the hospital and he only does that when he gets spoiled and doesn’t want me to find out. Which put a smile on my face. I was worried he broke his shoulder but come to find out it was just sprain ligaments. I recommend this place in Rocklin. I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you to the team to help even stay open passed closing hours to let me pick him up.

Took my dog in without an appointment, as a new patient, with injuries, my pet was immediately attended to by the staff, and they showed concern for my well-being as well. They did a follow-up call to check to see how Kirby was doing. I feel like they really care about the animals that they treat, and their owners as well. We will be making this our regular veterinary hospital. Thank you to everybody who made a very stressful time, a lot better with your caring nature.

Always love coming here due to how helpful, kind and understanding the staff is . They see all of our dogs and take care of them whether it is a regular check up or a more serious issue .
