Sentara will tell you they’re charging X amount, send you a bill for more than what they said and then you’ll get a bill from Rockingham Radiology that NO ONE TOLD YOU WOULD COME.

This place is so unprofessional and unethical. I went to Sentara hospital for an MRI and later got a bill for what my insurance didn’t cover. I had no idea that there was any separate bill from this radiologist (that I never received). How a patient is supposed to know a totally different agency/provider will sent a different bill way later? I had changed my address with the Sentara hospital right away. This place could send me their bill not that late (even a month after the service) and I would still receive it. Or they could check the correct address with Sentara. Or at least a phone call (my number was still the same). I had also provided my email. Over the past year (12/22-1/24), I have had numerous procedures involving radiology. All of the technicians and physicians have been incredible! They have explained everything that they’re doing and answered all my questions. I’m thankful for their kind and caring service.

I had a couple ultrasounds here. The wait isn’t usually very long. I even had my scans on CDs from Japan and they were able to figure out how to download my previous scans into their system for the radiologist to review and compare. This is a good place to get your ultrasounds done.

Will not take my workers comp information despite giving it to them several times!!! Stop harassing me over 20 dollars!!!
