Rockingham Dermatology - Dr. Carolyn Miller

Came here for a checkup, very pleased with Dr. Miller and her staff’s professionalism and caring attitude. Nice office with easy accessibility and plenty of parking.

She doesn't let you talk. She seems like she could care less about what issue you are dealing with. Only reason I saw her was because she could get me in sooner than others. She liked pushing pills for all problems. News flash: pills don't fix anything if proper testing isn't done. I will go back just for my prescription refills. I don't have much faith in her skills for treating common skin issues. She didn't want to hear me out. She just wanted to say her practiced routine speech.

Dr Miller is professional and checks our skin yearly, comparing photos for any changes. She recently saw a change on my husband's back in photo comparison which turned out to be melanoma. Due to being a non participating provider with my insurance, I had to complete a review with my insurance for in network benefits. Dr Miller's manager, Michelle was so accommodating, filling out multiple forms for us, all while being completely kind and caring. I had to place multiple calls and requests to the clinic, all of which were met by her kind and caring staff, every single person. I work in Healthcare and can firmly state this is not always the case. 5 stars for this crew!

Dr. Miller and the staff at Rockingham Dermatology provided excellent care during my visits. If you’re looking for a dermatologist, I wouldn’t hesitate to schedule a visit. Everyone was very professional and thoughtful during my examination. Along with Dr. Miller, Courtney and Michelle deserve special recognition for the treatment they provided!

They will drop you as a patient without giving a reminder call! So make sure you don’t miss an appointment! Knowing my medical history a reminder call the day before would be excellent but I guess they don’t value patients!! Or their health issues!
