Extremely unorganized office. I arrived for my appointment early and I was told my appointment had been canceled. However, due to they have another doctor in office they were willing to accommodate me. They presented me a treatment plan to sign, which Idid and offered me something to drink. They told me I would be seen shortly. In the meantime while I waited. Their front desk employees walked away and left the front unattended. A person walked in and was never noticed and stated she could no longer wait. Then I was approached by the office manager after waiting past my scheduled appointment time and he says” I’m sorry but we will not be able to see you as previously stated. You will need to reschedule for another time.” They did not value my time, and I felt they couldn’t care less becaus

Great staff, great service! They fit me in spur of the moment for a chipped tooth. They also laid out the best & worst case scenarios before proceeding and had me in & out in no time. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience. Ms Kim made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was gentle and professional. Dr Joseph as well. They made me a game plane and looking forward to the journey.

Absolutely, hands down the best dental experience ever. Kim my hygienist was kind, knowledgeable and so sweet. Dr. Patel was also kind, engaging and knowledgeable. Front office staff was attentive, friendly and professional. Dental offices makes me nervous but during this visit I was so comfy and no anxiety. Great visit!! Excellent customer service!

It was a very good first impression. I was pleased from the moment I got there, until I left. Reception was very nice! Jasmine the hygienist is easy to talk to, and Dr. Patel was very gentle and soft spoken. I am a sceptic when it comes to dentist offices, too many bad experiences, so this was a wonderful change.
