Just got off the phone with secretary Whitney.. she was very rude...even hung up the phone on me. But it's not just her.. In the past.. secretary Tiffany has made mistakes with my appointment card ..causing me to miss my appointment and not be able to pick up medication. This has happened before to other people..and when you try and explain to them the situation they become argumentative and when you argue back, they get you fired from even having a doctor in Atchison County at all. Secretaries like this are the reason why people needing healthcare cannot obtain it in this county , and that , to me , is so unfair!!!
