Rock Hill Pediatric Dentistry

I have been coming to this office for 7 years now. Everyone is always so kind to my children. Dr. J is super nice. I like that the office does not make you feel bad if your child has a cavity. My children do not always do great while getting cleanings done but my children have always been treated with kindness and given the comfort they need! I highly recommend this place!

Do not let the bad reviews scare you literally I’ve NEVER had a bad experience at this dentist are yall serious ?!? They all are SO sweet ! They took time to show my 5 year old the different tools they would be using , they turned on her movie and made her feel so comfortable. They make me feel comfortable everytime. I haven’t seen not ONE worker in there with a bad attitude . Some people you can just never please no matter what ! I recommend this place again and again and a million times!!! We’ve known Dr J for many years now I can say with cleaning and easy things this office is good With fillings and decay they are horrible They bring you in for crowns for kids They go in and they end up with extractions And they still manage to charge you for crowns They bring the tooth 🦷 out In a nice box and tell you the tooth is to far gone When you try to ask a question they tell you the doctor is super busy and you have to wait for two hours to get an answer The kind of behavior makes you suspicious even more , and this is not the first time . This tooth isn’t too far gone nor needed extraction by any means even by a second opinion consultation Pics included You wonder if they have a plan from the Beginning to do the extraction and save time The material and blame it on the tooth and

The customer service is terrible! There is a 10 minute grace period. As I was checking in at the front desk it had literally just turned 11:10 my appointment was at 11 so it had just turnt my 10 minute mark. I was told I could possibly be seen and would have wait over 30 mins with no one in the waiting area to be seen. I am 9 months pregnant had 3 children with me for a routine cleaning. I will never visit this place again!

At my children’s first visit here the front staff was so rude. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but during our 2nd (and final) visit we realized it’s her personality. The assistant was also rude. She mispronounced my 5yr old’s name and he expressed how much he hates it pronounced that way and instead she doubled down and said “well too bad honey, we’re in the south and that’s how it’s said”. I was in disbelief! Still processing and explaining to him that sometimes adults aren’t so polite- we waited for the dentist. He came out for 2 seconds, no X-rays, and noticed some cavities on the kids and said “don’t worry about them we’ll check on them next year”. That didn’t seem right to me, so I had a second opinion. X-rays and exam were done and we were told they needed fillings to preve
