So I am not sure what is going on with this place. The doctor and staff that was here before was amazing and this entire re-haul of new employees are just NOT friendly. Someone please teach the young black gentleman in the front how to attend and communicate with customers. I was supposed to have my appointment at 4:30pm and then got a call this morning from someone (which I believe was this young black kid) who said if I can come earlier at 3:30pm because the hygienist had to leave early to attend to some personal matters. I needed by cleaning before EOY so agreed and moved important meetings to get here—and got here 10 minutes before 3:30pm hoping they could see me right on time to get back to the office to get on a conference call. Consult & exam with Dr Ali she is so compassionate and truly cares by making me feel comfortable and trusting in her professional abilities and skills. Can’t wait to have my dental crown and work done by her. This dental office is exceptional and Khylan at the front desk made me feel valuable and welcome as a new patient & very helpful with new patient forms and explanations of treatment plan. I have Faith in this dental office with the entire staff. I’ve been a patient at this office for about a year and always had great experiences with the previous staff. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. My appointments were canceled and rescheduled multiple times without my consent, and I kept receiving dates and times I never approved. When I called to ask what was happening, the staff member handling scheduling was rude, dismissive, and even raised his voice instead of acknowledging the mistake. When I went in person for my appointment, I noticed the entire staff had changed, which explains the sudden decline in communication and organization. As a patient, I have the right to: • Accurate scheduling and proper notice • Appointments made with my consent • Respectful and professional treatment None of these standards

Everyone was super nice and went out of their way to make my visit wonderful. The office manager, dental hygienist, and dentist all thoroughly explained the entire process to me. I even left paying less than what I'd originally expected. It doesn't get any better than that!
