I cannot recommend Dr. Swann and the team at Rock Family Dental enough!! I have just recently become a patient and have had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and professional. Dr. Swann is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the treatment plan-I did not ever feel rushed. I recently had an extraction and was quite anxious about pain, but they used advanced, even gentle techniques that made the experience completely painless. The office itself is spotless, warm and equipped with modern technology. If you are looking for a gentle, skilled dentist who truly cares about patient comfort, this is the place to go!!!

I had to come in for a filling and Taylor was amazing! I’m a young girl and very medically anxious, and she was so soothing. She did a great job at making me feel comfortable, laughing with me, and being comforting. I really appreciated it!

Dr. Swann is the absolute best dentist. Very gentle and caring. Also he explained in detail the treatment plan for implants and answered all my questions and concerns. The staff explained the billing and talked to my insurance company so they could better explain the cost. On my second visit I had some questions before Dr. Swann came in and Erica answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Dr. Swann then did the procedure and made sure I was OK and in no pain. Afterwards the office staff checked me out very quickly and I was home and never felt any pain really. I went in for my dental cleaning today, it's always nice to see Dr Swann and his staff. The front office is excellent, thanks Carol for dealing with my insurance! Brittni, hygienist extraordinaire, my cleaning was gentle and thorough, thanks for your patience! And Dr Swann, who always takes his time and listens to my concerns. It was a great visit and I look forward to next time. Always a pleasure seeing y'all!

I was very nervous, but needn't have been. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists greeting, put me at ease. Dr. SWANN was excellent, meticuously examining me, taking into account my complex medical condition. He patiently and with kindness explained all my options until I could confidently make decisions for myself. I was very impressed with both his medical accumin and 'bedside-manner'. Erika, who works with him, efficiently handled the follow up that was necessary. She took a load off my shoulders both administratively and emotionally. I highly recommend this practice.
