Exceptional office staff, technicians are caring supportive , communicating important information pre and postoperatively so there are no surprises, including financial. Routine eye exams to surgeries , I could not recommend a better practice.

The staff of the Brighton office are top notch and provide efficient and effective care. Whether a routine check up or an urgent visit, they have always made sure I felt comfortable and valued for all of my visits. They are great with my kids too!

Wonderful place. Ladies at the reception desk are very friendly. My nurse Nancy is awesome. The Doctor did an amazing job on my procedure on my eye lid. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone

I wanted to publicly thank Michelle, the contact lens technician at (Brighton) ROG, for her detailed and thorough work and assistance in helping me to find the perfect contact lenses. She is so careful in evaluating both fit and vision and takes care to make sure everything is right for her patients. Michelle is a true asset to ROG! She is extremely dedicated to her job and is meticulous and precise in her work. I can't say enough about how lucky I feel to be in her care. Highly, highly recommend her to other contact lens wearers!

Melanie and Dr. Cairns are simply wonderful, as well as the receptionist who greeted me (sorry, forgot her name). They are always courteous, helpful and efficient. I was taken in to be seen in minutes and felt comfortable with the care I received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for eye care.
