I like my doctor. I think I accidentally deleted my review during an issue with a prior authorization and obtaining my records through my former pcp, but they stuck it out with me, and I appreciate everyone that helped with that process. It's fairly easy to schedule an appointment when I need, and I generally see my doctor every 3 months - Dr. David Schwartzenfeld. He's easygoing and genuinely seems to care and want to help when I'm not doing well. I have never waited to be seen. I show up on time and they get me in on time, and it's always been a smooth process.

Do NOT go to this clinic if you care about your health at all. Long wait times, front desk barely looks you in eye like you are an inconvenience to them and Dr. Margolis is the worst. This place is a money grab and that is it. You will get basic medical care, with a side of "your stupid, i am smart" attitude when you try to ask questions and advocate for your health. I have been told "park farther from grocery store door", but funny my husband was never told that.. I have asked for tests and been talked to like I am dumb to ask for them and he sees no reason for it.... but yet, after fighting for the test, i am correct when results come in, as if I don't know my body and symptoms. I have asked for meds to help with certain issues that he started my husband on with no issues when his blood

I’ve been seen through RMG for years now, and have always paid my bills online. This is the first time I’ve received a bill with a QR code for an option to pay. After paying and hitting confirm, I didn’t receive a confirmation email of my payment, rather I received a confirmation email saying I signed up for a free trial of “papaya protection” ? After 7 days I’ll be paying 39.99$ a month for this thing I didn’t even sign up for, I just wanted to pay my bill. I still haven’t even received confirmation that my bill has been paid. This is ridiculous.

I have been seeing Dr. Testai for 20+ years and followed her here to Rochester Medical Group from her private practice . My review is actually for her “right hand” assistant, Amber. Amber is very smart and well informed on her job. I relax instead of stress during visits. She has a great way of telling it like it is but in a caring way. She also answers my questions/concerns on the website in a timely and informative manner. She deserves much appreciation. Thanks for being here Amber! You’re awesome!!!
