Everyone at Rochester Home Infusion has been friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to help out their clients. They encouraged us to enroll in a savings program that we would not have otherwise known about. They spent countless hours on the phone helping us to sort out insurance issues. And they helped to coordinate logistics with a medication that needed to be administered out-of-state. Competent, compassionate, amazing staff and owner! Ten stars if I could.

Rochester Home Infusion provided us the education, prompt delivery of antibiotics and all the inhome nursing care my husband needed to do his very best. Their RNs are exceptional; professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Their delivery and telephone staff are very professional and so very kind every time I call.. They offer an incredibly wonderful service!

Rochester Home Infusion is a great service. They tracked my prescription and would call a day before I would run out and deliver the supplies right to the door of where I was staying in Rochester. Staff is very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Rochester Home Infusion was the highest level of medical care I’ve ever received. On top of that, their professionalism and customer care is second to none. Special shout-out to Abe, who constantly make sure that the logicsitics and dissemination of information was crystal clear. This organization managed to turn a dire situation into a positive one. Again, I have to praise Abe’s effort in going above and beyond. 10/10

I'm a RN who had a failed knee surgery that became infected, requiring 6 weeks if IV antibiotics; things quickly change when you become a patient! The nurse who came to the hospital after 7pm on a Friday night to provide initial education and supplies was outstanding. I left the hospital feeling confident my husband and I could take care of my PICC line and administer the antibiotics. Steven was an awesome pharmacist, he called me weekly (at least) to see how I was doing, to review labs and always followed through with my questions or with my care team. Steven was outstanding!!! My medications and supplies always came on time and Rochester Home Infusion even made arrangements to send my supplies early and ensured I recieved them prior to "The Polar Vortex ".
