Very kind and friendly staff. The pharmacist is just exceptional. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Gotta say one of the best Pharmacies that I have had the pleasure of going to in a long time.

Tried to move a prescription here because it's just around the corner from my house. Started off fine, then was told an astronomical amount. I had an RX discount card and a screenshot showing a generic my insurance covered and got some text yelling all caps back that it's not covered. Was not proactive in finding me a covered generic, was not polite. Don't appreciate that type of business in my community. Transferred to CVS, $0 no questions asked, ready same day.

Leave your corporate chain drugstore and come here. The pharmacist, Ahmad, is so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. When he didn't have my medication in stock, he didn't just say "sorry, can't fill it" like every other pharmacy I've been to. Instead he called my provider and together they found another formula that would work for me and then he ordered exactly what I needed for my next refill. He was also very fast to fill my prescription.

I have been going to Roc Pharmacy for the past several months and couldn’t be more pleased! The pharmacist is very nice and welcoming! I highly recommend!!!!

Called for refill on Thursday. Went to pick up on Saturday, was told they didn’t have it in stock. I was disappointed I didn’t receive a phone call regarding this. Told me it would be in on Monday. Wednesday I called- still don’t have it despite the fact orders can be received from wholesaler next day. I never received a single phone call in over a week regarding the status of this prescription. Had to transfer to another store as I had been out of my medication for 2 days.
