This was the best experience. Front the nice lady at the front desk doing my initial tests, to the Optometrist, to the gentleman fitting my glasses. 1st class treatment! They all were upbeat, positive, professional, but were able to laugh and have a sense of humor and nice personality while educating me along the way. Dr. Slikker is an amazing Optometrist and I feel lucky to have found someone that genuinely cares about me. Thank you!

I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service at this particular Costco optometrist's office. I showed up for my appointment on time which was scheduled for 1:50. At 2:10, the doctor came out and proceeded to take another patient in front of me. This patient and I were chatting earlier and she mentioned that she had missed her appointment scheduled for 1:10. Instead of having this woman reschedule her missed appointment, the doctor and the receptionist told me that I would have to "wait my turn " When I asked her as to why I was being skipped over, she was very condescending and told me it was out of her control and that all her patients needed to be seen, even if they showed up late. So, because this woman was late, I was the one penalized. Needless to say, I decided to leave and t
