Robotics Institute and Center for Urology

First let me say that my experience was with Dr. K. Essig at his Clermont, Fl. office. Dr. Essig and his staff there were wonderful. At my last visit in December I was scheduled for a follow up this month (June) and as always had my blood work up done and then took off time from work (for which I don't get paid) for my appointment. Low and behold, when I got to the Clermont office, I saw that he was no longer there. I never received any calls or notification of any kind that he would be moving. When I called his old number I was directed to his Winter Haven office. The lady that answered the phone was quite rude to say the least. I explained what happened and all she said was, "those people were supposed to notify everyone". I then stated that I had a 4 pm appointment and I could no

The doctor (very nice) and office staff are fine in person, but God forbid you need to call the office. The phone will either ring and ring with no answer or you will get a voice mail and never have your call returned. I have had the office call me and leave me a voice mail when they need to give me a message, but trying to return a call or call in at all is impossible. Just in case the office staff reads this, I can't return your message to reschedule an appointment (that I left a message to cancel anyway) because you will not answer your phone!
