Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Nothing is perfect in life and you always want the absolute best for your parents and loved ones. The people and admin staff are amazing. They care, they listen, they get right back to you if you have concerns or questions. This team at RT is dedicated from the front desk (really great) right down to the aids, nurses etc. It’s really something special and everyone works hard and is super friendly. A few details we love; the garden and outside area, this is quiet , sunny and lovely. All the windows and views. And, the fun games and crafts. The PT department is excellent. Despite a few hiccups here and there, mom and I can’t say enough about the place❤️.

Can't say enough about the staff at Robinson Terrace. Above and beyond when following up with concerns and helping our entire family feel comfortable there. My grandfather is doing great and we are happy with our choice to put him there for care.

Robinson Terrace is a wonderful facility. When it was time for my grandmother to move into a nursing home, this is where we chose after viewing all of the other nursing homes in the area. They took wonderful care of her and kept in touch with myself and my family the whole time. The staff was so kind and treated us great. when my grandmother passed they did everything they could to keep her comfortable and my family will forever be grateful. highly recommend them!

This facility has a great view of the mountains. There are nice out door patios and apple trees to relax by and visit with family under. Patients are frequently offered an outside setting for activities weather permitting. The administration team genuinely cares about the residents and listens to concerns. Especially the administrator who goes above and beyond for the patients there. The general house staff are pros who are easy going, hard working people who treat the residents like family.

If I could give negative stars, I would this place should be shut down. The residents are not cared for the way they should be. Their social media is a joke. They’re out in the community doing things and putting on a face like they’re a great facility. They are not. I Beg you to consider another facility for your loved one you will be sorry if you place a family member here. My family made the mistake of placing my mother there and she was 10 days and she died. Biggest regret of my life. This is a horrible facility!
