Robinson Comprehensive Dentistry

My daughter had an accident and fell off her e- bike and broke her two front teeth. As you can imagine I panicked and worried her smile would be changed forever. I called Robinson Comprehensive Dentistry to set up an appt for an evaluation and to see if they could fix my babies smile. She' s 14 and as you know this is something that not only changed her world physically it also changed it emotionally. A teenage girl starting high school with a compromised smile. Scary! I had my first visit yesterday, and from the moment I walked into the office, Lisa greeted me warmly, offering me water and coffee. Love it! My appointment was set for 9:30 a.m., and Kevin called my name at that exact time to begin my evaluation. Kevin was incredibly respectful, but he made sure I felt comfortable and valued throughout. He accompanied me during the evaluation. Dr. Cesar was a delight! Sierra, Taylor, all of them were incredibly great! The office is gorgeous and all of their work areas are impeccably clean. My children have their first appointments coming up soon, and I've warned them to anticipate nothing short of exceptional treatment. 100% recommend!

Wonderful experience, and I truly understand why they call it comprehensive dentistry; as a someone who comes from the dental field this was by far my most thorough dental check-up experience. Starting with Kevin who was so kind and took the time to explain everything including the lay out of the office in case I needed the restroom and to be familiar with the practice. He then explained all the details of what to expect as we proceed through the check in process. Then Dr. Rodriguez was very patient and kind as he explained what he saw and what he suggested. Again as someone from the dental field, I didn’t think there was much to learn but the doctor explained to me something I had never been told about my own teeth. I cannot recommend enough!

I was referred to Robinson Comprehensive Dentistry for help with an infected root canal, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. I was in a lot of discomfort when I came in, and the entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. They did an awesome job explaining everything, made sure I was comfortable, and handled the procedure with such care. I felt immediate relief and truly felt like I was in great hands. This is a wonderful practice. Everyone is super nice and makes you feel like family. I went in to get a tooth removed and implant put in and they were very caring and made sure I was informed and ok throughout the whole process.
