Robeson Pediatrics

I was very impressed with Robeson Pediatrics when we started going there in 2018. Things have gone downhill since 2020. Very long wait times, reception staff not friendly. On our most recent visit, the lady at the check out desk put her hand up in the air to signal for me to hand her the paper to check out. She didn’t say I can help you or how are you. She didn’t greet me or speak, just threw her hand up in the air to grab the paper. Very unprofessional!!!

I've tried another pediatrician due to commute, but I keep coming back to this one. Even though I live in Fayetteville, I wouldn't want my kids with any other pediatrician. people are personable and knowledgeable and always available when my kids need something. Ben is gone but other personnel are great as well. Thank you for taking care of my kids.

I love our patients and their families. I love my staff for all their dedication, love, and commitment to our patients and their families. I love my fellow pediatrician and my PA, PNP, and FNP who work tirelessly to care for our patients, their families and their own families. I thank my family for all the sacrifices you have made over the years as I have tried to accomplish the work the Lord would have me to do. I know it has not been easy and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Blessings to each of you who may read this! You are loved!

Dr Lowry has taken care of my son since the week he was born. She is caring and sweet. All of the staff have been attentive, helpful and kind EVERY time. Only good things to say!

Both my girls love this doctors office. Everyone is wonderful and treats my girls so well. They care so much about their patients. You can just tell they love what they do.
