The Nursing Staff on the first floor (2) are not emphatic or responsive. At least not to my 98 year old mom who was very aware of everything going on around her. I was not given information regarding in house support resources such as dental hygienist which caused extreme negative effects on my moms eating capabilities. The food is horrible. The support staff is wonderful and treated mom with kindness and respect. Do not send your loved one here!

I was in your rehab for almost 2 weeks. I had a knee replacement. The OT & PT were wonderful! The nurses & CNA's were so helpful and pleasant , Everyone who works there is great. Only problem was the bed. Room 20 needs a new bed. Thanks for all the help.Another problem was that I had to stay in my room which was very small. The only time I got to walk was to rehab & back. So, I don't think I recovered as quickly as I would have at home.

So my dad was admitted to this facility for rehab. The medical staff allowed him to gain 20 lbs of water weight due to not getting the proper medication. While I was telling the staff he needed the meds. Then they said he had pneumonia. Which he did not. Just full of water. Had to have him sent back to the hospital. All because they couldn't make a phone call? Unacceptable.....medical incompetence at its finest. Then we get a bill for 3 months of cable when he was only there a week or so.

My husband moved in a week ago. The staff made sure he felt comfortable and continue to make sure he is adjusting well. All of the therapists and nurses have been amazing. The facility is the cleanest nursing facility I have ever been in. You can see the pride in the building starting with the owner, Richard, through the management, nurses, cna’s, kitchen, laundry and house keeing!

Horrible facility. They admitted my mother for rehab 2 weeks to grab the skilled money then could not wait to throw her out the door when she was changed to unskilled. On a half baked effort they coldly found a long term home at the last minute and insisted she leave Roberts immediately. My mother was so upset and anxiety ridden at the change that she was taken to RI Hospital shortly after arrival. The social services person only works there part time and did a shoddy job of finding a place 45 minutes from my home at that. The director of nursing wasn't much help giving all kinds of excuses. Some of my mothers nurses were rude and resistant to asking for a change in her medication for anxiety. Basically, residents are left to suffer. They were not able to get my mother to shower for 2 week
