Very prejudice! They took a week to do my percriptions and I still have yet to get them... I am very disappointed.

I will have to say there has been just a few times that they have been able to answer a question for me over the phone but when they can't and say they will call you back they NEVER do. You ALWAYS have to wait at least 20 minutes to be helped when you go into the store and when you do ask a question I always feel like its a bother to have to help me. They are NOT very organized In the store at all. After my experience today I hope to never have to go back there or talk to them. I called before closing and they place me on hold just like every other time I have called and then when they came back to the phone, I ask the question and I'm told Oh, I can't help you anymore because we closed at 5. Guys, get it together! You are now basically the only independent pharmacy left in JC. I don't want to go corporate but you are forcing me to. Went to get my script, didn't have it and said you would order it and it would be there the next day. I gave you 2 extra days and when I went to pick it up I was told the same thing again. Also told me you would call to get me refill script from the doctor that wasn't done either. This is not the first or even the second time this has happen. I am over it. Get a better system and communicate. Customer service goes a LONG LONG way!

I have been there and agree with just for being a customer it is a bothersome task. 20 minutes just to have anyone acknowledge my presence. When they finally bothered to show me a specific type of wound dressing I found they were all way past the expiration date. So much for sterile dressings. I beg you to go with a high volume store for prescriptions. If you need an unusual dressing then order it from Amazon or some other company. I can’t imagine how their mortgage or rent is paid for. Prissy staff.

Prescriptions are never ready on time. They are always partial filling, waiting on orders to come in, etc. If you need something filled for an acute illness, don't go here, it won't be ready for days. The staff are usually very friendly but it doesn't make up for the other issues. We gave them time to get it together after the mass influx from Whaleys, but it hasn't improved. Today I was told, "I'm sorry ma'am I have other people on hold and waiting, among other things and I can't really tell you when your prescription might be ready". Really?!
