The office manager is looking at boasting revenue. She stated that you have to pay up front then they will process insurance and collect the check from insurance then leave it in your account for next time. I understand they were dropping all insurance companies and this was a courtesy. If you are not familiar with insurance practices this is called out of network and not in network which means it costs the patient more. I was using this office till they stopped taking insurance. I went off island afte for regular visits and any dental work that was in network then I would utilize this office for a a dental cleaning and pay out of pocket which was fine by me. (My insurance only covers 2 and I prefer 3 a year) I was then told that I am not allowed to utilize any other office and all work

Dr. Herman's office has been taking care of my teeth for several years. They do a great job!
