Robert Quesada, DMD

Super unfortunate to be writing this review but after my 15 year experience with this office I would NOT recommend to anyone. Dr. Quesada is a fine dentist but getting into see him has become nearly impossible. They have been my dentist since I was a child and I recently had a dental emergency to which they were so unhelpful has prolonged my recovery for weeks and has led to other issues. Front desk staff is old, bitter, and unwilling to help. I was able to be seen by a random dentist when my own dentist my was unable to squeeze me in in a timely manner in an emergency situation. If you want quality care I would suggest going anywhere else. Again maybe it’s the scheduling people in the front unable to do their job but I’m sure there’s other offices that provide better customer care. Only

Absolutely wonderful family practice. My husband and I, as well as our four children see Dr. Quesada- I have been a patient there for over 30 years. The experience with Jeanie and Anita at the front desk is always easy breezy as they are extremely organized and friendly. My hygienist, Lynn, has been caring my teeth since I was a child and I have never had a bad experience. She is beyond wonderful. And finally, Dr. Quesada is a phenonmenal dentist; from his skill set to his bedside manner. Extremely gentle and knowledgeable. Very clean and comfortable office, staff that treats patients like family- We will never leave!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Quesada after moving to Fort Lauderdale three years ago. We have lived in several different states and have had various dentists in each location, so I can give my honest and fair opinion regarding First Impressions Smile Center and the staff who work there. I have never waited very long in the waiting room and I have always been in and out in a timely manner when receiving my services, which has included bi-annual cleanings and two crown replacements. Dr. Quesada did a wonderful job with both of my crown replacements. Also, the receptionists, dental hygienists and technicians are very friendly and highly efficient at their positions, which is very valuable in South Florida. Probably the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff is superior. It's difficult to say I love seeing my dentist....but, in this case that is the truth. I must add, I am a mature senior who has always been fearful of dentists. Dr. Quesada puts you at ease, is super gentle and is extremely understanding. More importantly, he is beyond skillful and professional. On a personal note, his front desk staff happens to excel in warmth, friendliness and being completely competent.
