Robert P Novo Medical Office

As far as Dr. Novo goes he was an exceptional doctor. Sweet, polite, well mannered, patient, detailed in everything he did and said. I was very sorry to hear him retired although I am very happy for him but the way it was done was not right because I did not get an email, and I am one to check my email everyday, all day, every hour of the day. I called for weeks, I went in person his practice was no longer there . It was a shock . I went downstairs those around in the building did not know where he went either. The office staff could have been better at the their job. Leaving it at that. Hope you’re well wherever you are doctor

My son was a patient of Dr.Novo since born in 2005, so was my daughter, niece, and my nephew who is now 32 years old. Dr. Novo was apart of our family for over 30 years. He was the best pediatrician ever! Unfortunately, I never received an email or notice of his retirement. I'm surprised that it wasn't communicated properly. Although I'm disappointed in the way it was done, I'm happy for Dr. Novo! I hope he's well and enjoying retirement. Blessings to him and the staff...best regards.

Dr. Novo was my son's pediatrician for 16 years. I have a special needs child. He took care of my son from birth til September 2021. For those leaving negative comments SHAME ON YOU. They had an amazing staff. If you would have checked your emails there office manager sent out a letter stating Dr. Novo was retiring. Everyone has the right to retire when they see fit. If you were proactive parents or therapist But obviously is easier to leave horrible feedback instead of looking at your email maybe? Or mailbox ? This doctor is beyond 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and to those that think otherwise go fly a kite. And p.s. he was not shut down this is not a Dirty Dinning experience He closed his office with months notice and notified all patients.

I have no idea what happened, but posting here so others don’t go through the same thing I did. I have been trying to call for weeks since my son was just hospitalized and haven’t been able to get through on the phone. I just stopped by the office to see what the heck was going on and there is a whole new practice setting up, said Dr. Novo’s practice has been shut down with no warning/notice to his patients whatsoever. She said they’ve been getting people stopping by for weeks trying to get their records. She had me take a picture of a post-it note with a fax number and said people have till December 1st to request medical records. Unbelievable.

Dr. Novo has an office employee by the name of IRIS who is a complete disgrace to his practice and his office. Iris is truly unprofessional, hanging up on the concerned parents of Dr. Novo's patients and yelling at them over the phone. She is vindictive; if she doesn't care for the patient's parent (s), she neglects to call in requested prescriptions. This employee brings a foul outlook on this pediatric office and truly needs to look into another profession. Fast.
