First appointment there I’ve had to see PA and she is rude at times and not very friendly. I’ve had to see her in my appointments post op also. She will ask you a question then answer you like your answer to her questions bothered her. She asked me about my pain I told her i have pain on both sides of my wrist her answer was so basically your whole wrist. Then said I shouldn’t be in pain when she asked if I was taking pain meds. Said she would need to refer me to a pain management clinic. Then looked at the X-rays said I still have the sides of my wrist cracked and they were both healing. I completely broke my radius how does she not expect me to hurt and just stated therapy. Which she kind of gripped at me for not taking my pain meds right at my two week check up after surgery. I told her

Absolutely horrible!!!! Handled my son's broken leg and decided to tell us "Google it" instead of explaining a single thing to us and walked away. Cast broke 3 weeks in and now we cant get him to work on it and getting ran all over the place told to do one thing and another. This dr is by far the worst dr experience I've ever heard of or seen in my life!

I LOVE DR. REDDIX!! Jesus and Dr Reddix saved my life after 2 jerks hit me head on and almost killed me. Thank you Dr. Reddix! You’ll always have a special place in my heart!!!! His bedside manner was always so caring and compassionate!!! You’ll love him!

My experience with Dr. Reddix and the Northwest Physicians Group was nothing short of amazing. I have never had to sit and wait for long to see Dr. Reddix. All of the staff, including the office personnel, are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Reddix explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and was great at answering my questions in a way that lessened my anxiety. I am so lucky that I was sent to Dr. Reddix and his office!!!

The rudest doctor I have ever be associated with. He did surgery on my elderly family member awhile back. Can't say rudest doctor I've ever MET because I have yet to even meet him. No consultation with us before the surgery and absolutely none after the surgery! We waited in the surgery waiting room for 3 hours to learn that he had already left the hospital after the surgery was over. He claimed he came to the waiting room and we had left. He flat out LIED! The only way we got an update on what was done in surgery was through a phone call done at the hospital, to which he was angry about. He has not spoken to us since. Very rude doctor.
