The staff is like family. The best prescription and exam in 20 years. The dr. is a true asset to his choosen profession, to not only be phenomenal at what he does but to still like people, amazing! Loys is excellent with insurance and ensuring you get the glasses you really, really want at a price you can afford! Can't say enough great things about the efficiency, cleanliness and quality of frames and staff. Love them!

I made an appt online like the phone system suggests you do. It said my insurance was accepted at this location and let me make an appt where I even put my insurance info in. Weeks ago. I come for my appt today and magically they no longer take my insurance and keep repeating over and over it’s a glitch in the system. 30 min drive each way, other appts canceled to get turned away! Absolutely ridiculous. In other offices the staff takes time to look over upcoming appts and if there’s an insurance issue they will call u ahead of time. Not here. They just blame everything on a glitch and basically say oh well u can go even further away to our other location! Def don’t recommend the waste of time they gave and don’t appreciate the eye roll from the front desk woman either!

Dr. Lauver is great with all 3 of my kids and my husband and I. He really listens to us.

Been going here for at least ten years. Dr. Lauver is fantastic!
