Dr. Azurin is the best! He also has a wonderful PA named Michelle. With the help of both of them I was able to get much healthier and lose weight without going on any medications. Thank you!

We saw the PA Judy today. She was sooo friendly and genuinely cares about the patients. We had a great first appointment, she answers all of of questions and concerns and is very helpful. My dad felt great after seeing her. The front office staff was also very friendly. Thank you Judy!

If I could give this office 3 zero's I would. I called this office over 10 times and left voicemail's without a call back. After two weeks of not receiving a call back, I decided to call back one more time. The outgoing message offered a text number so I used it. I spent all day texting this office without ANYONE offering me an appointment. In the meantime, my medical condition was WORSENING. This was the worst experience I've ever had from an office. We are not friends. I should not be texting the doctor's office all day for one appointment. AT THIS POINT I HAVE NO IDEA WHO I'M TEXTING GIVING MY MEDICAL INFORMATION TO. I feel like my HIPPA rights were violated. No one picked up the phone to call. And at the end of the day, I got a message and said we're closed for the day. I understand yo

I was seen by Judy she is very nice and helpful takes her time to listen to me I had an appointment today hopefully I can be always seen by her and this is the very first doctor that actually listens to my needs I've been to other doctors and they don't help at all they don't take their time to listen to people so I am staying with this clinic
