Dr. Cummins and his staff have been my dental professionals for almost 20 years. I am autistic with anxiety. They are and have always been extremely kind and professional. The environment is clean and calm. They are accommodating and let me wear headphones during procedures. Even if you hate going to the dentist, you will love Dr.Cummings.

Dr. Cummings is a good dentist, but he needs to get rid of his entire front end. The entire healthcare industry has lost their personal touch with customer service and patient care. My husband received a phone call two hours before his cleaning for his medical insurance. Two reasons: 1. "to get ahead of the schedule" 2. If he needed any additional services, they would know what would be paid for. My husband was going in for a cleaning. When I called about the customer service, I was dismissed with the phrase, "I'm sorry you feel that way." Never an acknowledgement of bad customer service. The "temp" wanted to let me know she has been in the dental industry for 15 years. I wonder why she is tempting if she has been in the field for 15 years.... I also had terrible tooth pain a few months

I literally cannot recommend or praise this man enough. Lets start with the fact that he is empathetic and meticulously skilled at what he does. Secondly, when confronted with a portion of dentistry he does not handle (like a root canal in my case) he has an excellent referral to someone just as skilled and empathetic to the dental client’s needs. Hands down the absolute best dentist I have ever encountered.

Exceptionally wonderful dentist and staff. I have encouraged many people to visit him with any dental needs. Caring and compassionate!
